Adverse possession / mediation
We had an issue regarding a boundary issue with my neighbour; I contacted Sharon for advice on obtaining adverse possession; while Sharon explained the process thoroughly and what the process entails, she also suggested perhaps some easier alternatives, such as negotiation or her preferred choice, mediation.This was something we hadn't considered ourselves. I was delighted that we had contacted Cahir solicitors as they saved us so much time and hassle in the end.
