Unprofessional and rude
The lack of professionalism and approach to their clients is appalling to say the least. The receptionist on the phone was more than unhelpful and rude and extremely hostile when discussing our legal rights (to which we were waiting to receive for weeks) and then continued to say no apology would be issued for the attitude we were subjected to.
