Useless Solicitor.
I contacted Henry & Co. for a family law matter. A pleasent receptionist asked me to send an email since she could not contact the solicitor. I did so but got no reply. After a week or so I rang the office. Once again the receptionist tried to contact the solicitor for me. After waiting for a considerable length of time I was disconnected. No one rang me back.
They claim "to provide a modern, efficient and innovative solicitor's practice" with "exceptional service".
They don't.
I'd avoid this practice. Disrespectful, unprofessional and guilty of false advertising.
